Enrolments
Pupils of the European Primary school are admitted by right to the Italophone fourth class of the European High School (corresponding to the first class of the secondary school cycle in the Italian system). All other available places, up to a maximum of 28 pupils, are advertised as available subject to passing the following tests:
English: • level B1;
L3 – French or Spanish • level A2;
Italian and Mathematics in conformity with the Syllabuses of the European School.
Pupils whose L1 is English or have attended schools where English is the vehicular language can enroll in the Anglophone classes; upon enrollment the pupils’ previous schooling history is assessed to ascertain the possible need for an entry test to best guide curricular choices and/or suggest reinforcement activities to enable them, based on their previous studies, to follow future programmes easily.
